Salon Policies

CANCELLATION

We respectfully request that all date changes and or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. Therefore, failure to cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice will result in a credit card charge for half of the service value before being able to rebook another service.

CELL PHONES

To ensure a relaxing experience for our Hue guests, we encourage guests to silence all cell phones and devices.

ARRIVING LATE

Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than ten 10 minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available Hair Designer complete your service. If you are more than twenty 20 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule for another time.

HAIR CORRECTIONS

Refunds will not be issued. The option to have your service corrected will be offered if the request is made within 24 hours from date of service. Redos will be performed by the same stylist or one at the same level.

RETAIL PRUCHASES

Retail purchases are non-refundable and can only be traded for another retail item if item is still sealed.

WAITING

Occasionally we may be running behind. When we do we will communicate with you. Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started. If we make you wait longer than twenty 20 minutes, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait or reschedule you for a future appointment.

CHILDREN

Please respect other guests experience by making prior child care arrangements unless they have a scheduled appointment.
